Booking Requests & Reservation Confirmation
All reservations and service requests are subject to approval, availability, pricing confirmation, and provider acceptance.
Submission of a booking inquiry does not guarantee confirmation. Reservations become confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of any required payment or deposit.
Rich Royalty Lifestyle Group reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel requests at its discretion.
Payments
Payment terms vary depending on the service, property, event, or experience requested.
Clients agree to provide valid payment information and authorize approved charges associated with confirmed reservations and services. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in cancellation of services or reservations.
Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, policy violations, late changes, overtime requests, guest overages, or additional services requested after confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on accommodations, transportation providers, event venues, experiences, and third party operators.
Refund eligibility, credits, rescheduling options, and cancellation timelines are determined according to the applicable provider or reservation terms disclosed during the booking process.
Rich Royalty Lifestyle Group does not guarantee refunds for circumstances outside of our control, including weather conditions, travel interruptions, venue closures, provider cancellations, governmental restrictions, emergencies, or force majeure events.
Guest Responsibilities
Clients and guests agree to act respectfully and lawfully during all reservations, stays, transportation services, and experiences.
Guests are responsible for:
Following all property rules and occupancy limitations
Respecting local laws and community guidelines
Preventing damage to accommodations or vehicles
Maintaining appropriate conduct during services and experiences
Ensuring invited guests comply with all policies
Unauthorized parties, illegal activity, disruptive conduct, smoking violations, excessive noise, or property misuse may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Transportation & Experience Coordination
Transportation services, nightlife reservations, yachts, dining experiences, luxury activities, and concierge experiences are coordinated based on scheduling, availability, provider acceptance, and operational conditions.
Timing delays, weather conditions, venue restrictions, mechanical issues, staffing limitations, traffic conditions, and operational interruptions may impact services.
Rich Royalty Lifestyle Group is not liable for disruptions caused by third party operators or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Third Party Providers
Certain accommodations, transportation services, events, and experiences are fulfilled by independent third party providers.
Rich Royalty Lifestyle Group acts as a coordination and hospitality management company and is not the direct owner, operator, carrier, or insurer of all services listed or coordinated through the platform.
We are not responsible for:
Third party cancellations
Provider misconduct
Mechanical failures
Schedule interruptions
Venue policy changes
Travel delays
Service interruptions outside our control
Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, designs, website content, written materials, marketing assets, graphics, service concepts, and company materials associated with Rich Royalty Lifestyle Group remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rich Royalty Lifestyle Group, its affiliates, representatives, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal disputes arising from misuse of services, policy violations, guest conduct, negligence, or unlawful activity.
Privacy
Information submitted through booking forms, inquiries, consultations, and reservations may be used to coordinate services, communicate with clients, improve operations, and fulfill booking requests.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
